B-VISA 2030: three days of training dedicated to the blue economy in Albania
Overview

The Albanian National Coastal Agency organizes from 23 to 25 October in Durres “The focus on strategic sector Blue Economy and possible drivers of change and innovation”, the first of two training courses planned within the Interreg IPA South Adriatic B-VISA 2030 project.

The training, addressed to students from Albania and Montenegro, consists of three modules dedicated to the blue economy in the southern Adriatic, the development of blue business ideas and participation in collaborative networks at national and cross-border level, for a total of 30 hours including lectures, case study presentations, exercises and study visits.

The course is hosted by the Alexander Moisiu University and involves teachers from the departments of management, aquaculture, engineering and marine sciences of the universities of Durres and Tirana.
