The Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro hosted the workshop "Museums that draw attention" on 25 October 2023 at the Creative Hub in the Old Town of Kotor, as part of the capitalisation actions of the project "MONET – culture in MOtion in Adriatic NETwork of Museums".

Focused on comparative practices in museum management within the programme area and the broader region, the workshop placed special emphasis on contemporary and innovative models for implementing cultural programmes in museums.

Representatives from notable museums, including Pino Pascali from Polignano a Mare, the Maritime Museum from Kotor, the Museum of Contemporary Art of Montenegro, and the Museum of the City of Belgrade from Serbia, shared their insights and experiences. Their contributions aimed to enrich discussions on creating modern museums that captivate audiences and visitors.

The workshop took place in the Creative Hub Kotor, a cultural heritage site restored under the "3C" project, where the Ministry of Culture and Media of Montenegro serves as the Lead partner.
