GAL Molise, partner of the Interreg SPICE Project, launches an Expression of Interest aimed at young NEETs (Not in Education, Employment or Training) for the selection of at least 5 participants, within 16 and 29 years, residing in the Municipalities of Sepino, Tufara, Torella del Sannio and Pietracatella, to take part in a training workshop scheduled for 27 and 28 January 2026 (Sala Convegni GAL Molise - Via Monsignor Bologna 15, Campobasso.)

The aim of the workshop is to analyse the issue of NEETs in depth, fostering direct dialogue among the various local stakeholders in order to identify the main challenges hindering young people’s access to the labour market, share best practices and experiences, and acquire knowledge and practical guidelines useful for the design of a specific training pathway.
The workshop will involve several local stakeholders, training providers; representatives of the social services district of the Municipality of Campobasso; employment agencies; entrepreneurs from the agri-food and gastronomy sector; as well as the public administrations of the four municipalities involved.
Based on the outcomes of the workshop, a dedicated training course for NEETs will be designed, with the objective of providing young people with targeted information, technical and transversal skills, as well as practical tools to help them approach a work experience, particularly in sectors related to the agri-food and gastronomy fields, which are considered strategic for local economic development.
The initiative is part of the activities of Interreg SPICE Project and aims to promote the social and labour inclusion of young people through the creation of a local support and cooperation network involving institutions, businesses and employment services.
The project partnership is composed by Municipality of Valona as Lead Partner (ALB), Municipality of Polignano (IT), Municipality of Cetinje (MON), Liburnetic Organization (ALB), I MAKE Consortium (IT), GAL MOLISE (IT) .
