Interreg Governance builds a shared level training system between Italy, Albania and Montenegro
Overview

Puglia Region - Department of Labour Policies, Education and Training - organizes 3 on line Focus groups on 18 and 20 February 2025, with the aim of actively involving local stakeholders in building a shared vision of a joint European Qualifications Framework (EQF 5) level training system between Italy, Albania and Montenegro, thanks to the South Adriatic Project Governance.

The Governance Project represents an evolution of the previous Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro projects HISTEK and HISTEK Plus, with the aim of strengthening the foundations for a cross-border education system capable of promoting joint policies on professionalizing tertiary education in the three countries involved. The core of the initiative is the development of an Action Plan, which will outline shared visions and strategies, as well as possible concrete actions to be implemented, in order to create an integrated and effective cross-border education system.

The participatory consultation model (inspired by the Agenda for Work of Puglia Region) tested during the 3 Focus groups will allow for collecting qualified input from the actors of the sector and to generate recommendations, which will enrich the development of the Action Plan, in terms of correspondence between the strategies/actions outlined and real territorial needs.

The Focus groups will take place online according to the following schedule:

February 18, 2025 | 10:00 - 12:30

Connection between 5th level EQF training offer and territorial Smart Specialization Strategies

February 18, 2025 | 15:00 - 17:30

February 20, 2025 | 09:30 - 12:00

Integration between funds for the possible CB system of professionalizing tertiary training

Each session will be introduced by the ITS Academy Cuccovillo, project leader, who will present the general objectives of the project and the reference context for each topic addressed.
