Transport is a sector of great importance for the entire Mediterranean area. The  ECSYT project aims to create a more efficient management of transport connections in order to optimize actions of economic operators in southern Adriatic ports, from a logistical, operational, and administrative point of view. A cross-border workshop, an international conference and two incoming events will be carried out in Albania and Italy, with participation of  stakeholders in the field of tourism, logistics and transport – not only Italians and Albanians, but also Montenegrin experts. ECSYT expected results are: transport optimization in southern Adriatic ports, and development of a common strategy to increase coordination and efficiency, and improve knowledge and  skills of economic transport operators.
