HAMLET, success for the 3rd Steering Committee and project meeting
Overview

In light of the progress of HAMLET project, PP5 CNA Bari organized on 19 and 20 February 2019 in Bari (Italy) a project team meeting with representatives of all project partners. The purpose of the meeting was firstly for partners to update each other in a roundtable in regards to the progress made. Secondly, each partner representative would use this roundtable to discuss on issues encountered in specific areas of the project, delays faced while implementing activities, and to create a work plan for the upcoming activities of the project. 


The meeting started with an opening and welcome note from the representatives of CNA and representative of the Lead Partner. This was followed by a summary of WP M-Management conducted by Mr. Enkel Leskaj (as technical assistance of LP). The discussion here focused mainly on the deliverables (Coordination & Management Plan; Monitoring and Evaluation Plan) that are to be produced in this work package and their contents. 


The discussion continued with Ms. Maurizia Giglio (as technical assistance of LP), discussing on the remaining deliverables of this work package. A very important point of discussion here was focused on the financial issues surrounding the project, as well as the procurement plan and certified expenditure for 1st reporting period and Interim reporting period as well as forecast of expenditure to be certified in the second reporting period. 


The meeting continued with a discussion led by Ms. Jovana Drobnjak and Ms. Milena Raznatovic (Ministry of Culture of Montenegro), which focused in the WP T2-Investments and what action plan was to be followed in the upcoming periods of the project. 


Following, there was the presentation of WP T3-Tourists Sustainable Development and cultural valorization, which was led by Ms. Kristina Vidovic (as technical assistance of LP and PP3). This part of the discussion was focused on future action plans being that this WP starts later on in the project. 
The last work package to be discussed was that of WP C-Communication, led by Mr. Elton Nino (PP4 - Urban Research Institute), where all the deliverables were presented with a focus of the discussion on the Brand Identity Call for Proposal that is undergoing.
