On December 16th 2025, the Art4All project officially launched with its Kick-off Meeting in Polignano a Mare (Italy), hosted by the Pino Pascali Foundation. Partners from Italy, Albania, and Montenegro gathered to present the project’s objectives, work plan, and upcoming cross-border activities.
The Art4All project addresses significant territorial challenges in the programme area of Italy, Albania, and Montenegro, primarily concerning cultural accessibility. Despite the rich cultural heritage present in these regions, many individuals, particularly those with disabilities, encounter barriers that hinder their participation in cultural life. These barriers include inadequate accessibility measures at cultural sites, limited awareness among staff regarding inclusive practices, and insufficient infrastructure to support diverse audiences. The project aims at promoting a more inclusive cultural landscape by fostering collaboration among partners to develop best practices for accessibility in cultural management.
During the meeting, partners introduced the objectives and activities, setting the foundation for joint guidelines and future cooperation. Over 30 months, Art4All will go beyond existing practices by fostering collaboration among cultural institutions across borders, creating a sustainable network for knowledge and resource exchange.
The partnership includes the Pino Pascali Foundation (LP, Italy), Factory transadriatic company social enterprise (Italy), Museum of Contemporary Art Termoli (Italy), Urban Research Institute (Albania) and the NGO Cultural center Homer (Montenegro).
