Interreg Frame project will be presented in Venice to International Film Festival
Overview

On 29 August, Interreg FRAME will take part in ‘Crossing Stories: The Role of EU Funds in Supporting Visual Arts and Cinema’, an event organized by the Interreg Italy–Croatia Programme at the Veneto Region’s permanent venue in the Hotel Excelsior Lido during the 82nd Venice International Film Festival, one of the world’s leading showcases of cinema.

The event will spotlight innovative EU-funded projects that use cinema, visual storytelling, and immersive media to communicate values, heritage, and cooperation across borders. Interreg FRAME, lead by Apulia Film Commission, focuses on Cinema, an extraordinary driver of cultural and economic growth for the Adriatic area. With the FRAME project, the Interreg IPA South Adriatic Programme strengthens cooperation between Italy, Albania, and Montenegro, by supporting small and medium-sized enterprises in the audiovisual sector and fostering the creation of international co-productions capable of competing on global markets.
