The Municipality of Fier, within the framework of the TOURNEE - Theaters For Tourism Development In Europe project, funded by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Program, of which it is Lead Partner, announces the starting of the Festival “TOURNEE” that will be staged from the 19 to 25 September 2019 at the Municipal Theatre “Bylis” of Fier.

The Festival follows the development of the Master Class - Laboratories, as one of the obligations of the "TOURNEE" project, that have been developed in Fier from 30 April to 6 June 2019, in various periods.

This is the calendar of the “TOURNEE FESTIVAL”:

19 September, at 19.00

Debut of the Festival with the play "Bald Singer" by Eugene Ionesco, with a troupe of young and experienced actors produced by the Municipal Theatre "Bylis" of Fier. 

21 September, at 19.00

‘’Farce of the Crown’’, produced by the Municipality of Fier.  A theatre performance directed by Ledian Gjeci, Kudret Alikaj, based on the drama of Arben Iliazi, actors: Erion Hinaj, Dajana Nenaj, Xhuliano Brisku. Scenography and costume by Gazment Kokolari. Direction Artistic Director Milton Kutali. Production Director Ledian Gjeci. 

23 September, at 19.00

‘’The island’’, staged by the Company "Il Carro dei Comici" and produced by the Municipality of Barletta, Italy. Directed by Francesco Tammacco and based on the drama of Armin Greder, cartoonist, graphic designer, illustrator and writer born in Switzerland, but living in Australia, tells about the difficulties to be strangers. Actors: Claudia Gadaleta, Rosa Tarantino, Federico Ancona, Marco Sallustio, Carlo Salvemini, Gabriella Caputi, original music by Pantaleo Annese, Scenography and costume by Michele Napolitano. 

 25th September, at 19.00

‘’The Servant Mistress’’ by Giovanni Paisiello, directed by Vladan Đurković, produced by City of Budva Theater, in collaboration with Municipalities of Tirana and Fier, and managed by the Operosa Foundation from Podgorica. ‘’The Servant Mistress’’ Opera will be performed by soprano Petra Radulovic, baritone Bozidar Boskilov, actor Silvano Italiano. Signed by Vladan Djurkovic, set and lights Magdalena Vlajic, costume by Lina Lekovic, and orchestra composed by artists from Montenegro, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Serbia and Albania led by the young Albanian conductor Valmir Xoxa.
