The Municipality of Vlora organizes the inaugural conference as part of the WRECK4ALL project: “The Perspective of the Adriatic and Ionian Underwater Heritage to Promote a Diversified Tourism Offering". This event will take place on December 6, 2024, in Vlora, Albania (Hotel Kraal).

The Adriatic and Ionian Regions present significant opportunities for the tourism sector, that can achieve its best potential thanks to a clear institutional frameworks, the innovative technologies and several strategic investments.

The WRECK4ALL 2.0 conference aims to explore the value chain of tourism and culture for the creation of an innovative tourist offer in these territories, promoting it as an asset of regional economic sustainability.

The conference will gather policymakers, scholars, practitioners, academics, stakeholders, and researchers to explore effective strategies for promoting cultural and natural underwater heritage. By combining technological innovation with traditional elements, the event will highlight the potential of underwater assets in enhancing the regional tourism landscape.
