WELLNESS project aims at creating a constructive framework on the issues of innovation 4.0 and corporate welfare between social partners, business world, institutions and civil society, so that reflections and good practices can form the basis of regulatory interventions and guidelines for development in the Italian and Albanian territories. Project actions include the organisation of 5 events, promoting the debate on digital transformation and corporate welfare. The expected result is to lay down the foundation for growth of competitiveness and efficiency of enterprises, through better corporate development from an economic and human point of view, and thanks to enhanced interconnection and cooperation.
