The final event of the project 3 WATCH OUT - Trilateral model of civil protection: Ways, Tools and Challenges for Our safety, funded by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme, was held on 11 June 2021 in Lezha, Albania.

Due to the pandemic situation, partners from Italy were not able to come, but they were following it through google meet platform, while partners from Albania and Montenegro were attending the event. 

This event served to make a summary of project activities with success stories and challenges faced during its implementation. Also, partners discussed about lessons learnt and the ways forward. All participants shared the opinion that civil emergencies are a threat for everyone and they can only be faced if people continue to work together. One of the biggest challenges which the region is facing is prevention of natural disasters, that’s why one of the activities of the project was the development of a Trilateral cooperation model in the field of Civil Protection. 

All partners agreed to continue cooperation and share information on the situations.
