We are pleased to announce that the new 2021-2027 Interreg IPA South Adriatic (Italy-Albania-Montenegro) has been adopted by the European Commission on 26/09/2022 with Implementing Decision no. C(2022) 6940.

The programme is managed by Puglia Region, and covers the same geographical area of the 2014-2020 programming cycle, with two Italian regions, Puglia and Molise, and the entire territory of Albania and Montenegro.

With a total budget of 81 million Euros,  Interreg IPA South Adriatic will continue to finance projects between Italian, Albanian and Montenegrin public and non-profit organisations, focused on the green and digital growth of the territories that share the common border in the lower Adriatic basin. Strong emphasis is placed on administrative simplification and on the pre-accession process of Albania and Montenegro.
