An online meeting  of all partners  of the CrossWater thematic project was held on 28 January 2021, organized by the Municipality of Tirana (Albania).

The meeting was organized to update the activities Time Plan,  check the reporting situation and to discuss the next coming actions. 

During the meeting, project partners discussed the general communication from the Joint Secretariat regarding programme measures for COVID-19 and budget change status. During the meeting partners shared the project monitoring tools useful to recover the  delay on project implementation and find the solutions to implement some project activities facing the COVID-19  restrictions.

This meeting was also an opportunity to discuss the communication activities, update on partners' operative working teams and reference persons. The next  partner meeting was scheduled on 30 April  2021, when almost all the procurement procedures to start  the PILOT PROJECT  will be completed.
