Implementation

The implementation phase focuses on all the topics related to the actual development of the funded projects. Among the others, reporting is one of the tools used by the Programme to monitor, on a regular basis, the project’s physical and financial progress and contributions to the Programme objectives and output indicators; while communication has a strategic function and is the key to project success.
