SESC project, second B2B meeting on Energy Efficiency in Podgorica
Overview

The Faculty of Information Technologies (UNIM – University of Mediterranean) has organized 2nd in a row B2B Meeting, in Podgorica with the title: "Energy efficiency - current situation & challenges in implementation, solutions in practice” on 25 November 2021 in the frame of the SESC project.

The meeting was held at the University`s premises (Amphitheatre 102) and gathered a great number of professionals, practitioners, professors, students, and the interested public. In line with the project requirements, the meeting was planned to bring small and medium-sized enterprises and economic operators together with potential users of green energy in order to explore possible business opportunities and collaboration.

The main focus of the meeting was to gather these two target groups to share proposals and to offer solutions for the current situation in regards to energy efficiency and green energy in Montenegro. The meeting has a purpose also to present the overview of the current situation in the field and to discuss current challenges and solutions taken by the practitioners in the field. 

The meeting was successful and the representatives of the small and medium-sized enterprises in the area (GREENER, EKO SOLAR, SIMES INŽINJERING, SIENERSYS, INTECON, WAVES, SMART TECHNOLOGIES, NOVATERM, HIDROTERM ENERGY, SISTEM-MNE, PERMONTE) have presented their work and discussed, together with other participants how to implement new smart energy ecosystems based on smart energy, how to plan the structures, manage the savings and how to find the best operative solutions for all, based on European standards.
