Confindustria Lecce, as part of the international project "WELLNESS - WELfare in Italian and albaNian EnterpriSeS", organizes on Wednesday, 5 October from 10 to 16, at the BW Plus Leone di Messapia Hotel & Conference (Prov.le Lecce Cavallino) in Lecce, an in-depth day on the theme "Digital Agenda and Corporate Welfare in Italian Enterprises".

The goal of the initiative is to "export" a program that, embracing the entire company system, brings numerous benefits to companies in terms of productivity and business growth, through the satisfaction of their employees.

During the meeting, the Italian regulatory framework will be illustrated in the presence of the Albanian partners, with corporate welfare initiatives that constitute valid best practices to be replicated in other contexts. In addition, effective examples of the effects of digitalization on the offer of welfare services and on the organization of the workforce will be provided.
