In the framework of the WELLNESS - WELfare in itaLian and albaNian EnterpriSeS project, the  First Conference ” Road to digital transformation  and Corporate Welfare” will take place on 11 October  2022 in Tirana (Albania), Oval Hall, Palace  of Congresses.

The WELLNESS project (funded by the Interreg IPA CBC Italy-Albania-Montenegro Programme)  aims  to create favorable conditions: 1) for the development of a 4.0 growth model for enterprises, achievable through organizational changes that allow the company to implement industrial automation measures, encourages the adoption of digital systems and IoT (Internet of Things), and guides a fitting and constant development of human resources' knowledge and skills, with economically sustainable tools; 2) for the increase of the culture of corporate welfare and the welfare of workers.

Therefore, based on the public-private networking and advocacy activities carried out during in the last months, this event intends to promote a reflection on policies related to the Digital Agenda and on welfare policies at national level and their application to the entrepreneurial system, in order to improve the quality of life of the population in general, and of workers in particular. The reform of the social system, thanks also to digital transformation, will be effective only when local authorities will promote cooperation with trade unions and strengthen social dialogue, with the aim of creating new positive role models that will allow the modernization of organizational systems and consequently the economic system. Although there is still considerable backwardness, the country is trying to innovate it system, thanks to the birth of new businesses and its close cooperation with the Italian partners.
